We’re excited to share that our design team is now officially materializing – with Aurora and Sander joining full-time. Both have previously been part of Solution Seeker through internships and part-time work, and we’re thrilled to now have them on board full-time. With their combined expertise in interaction design, user experience, and front-end development, they’ll help excel our products and projects.
Meet Sander
Born and raised in Oslo (with a few years in Trondheim for studies), Sander started out in Informatics and front-end development before moving on to Industrial Design Engineering. His focus has always been on front-end and interaction design, blending technology and user experience. Outside of work, he’s a passionate runner and board game enthusiast — recently competing in the National Catan Championship (placement remains undisclosed).
On why he chose Solution Seeker:
“The people and technology, to put it simple. I had an internship here last summer, working with projects in production optimization and AI. I found it just as challenging as I found it interesting – thanks to both the warmth and welcoming nature of the employees, as well as their expertise. Would absolutely recommend an internship here!”
Meet Aurora
Aurora holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from NTNU, specializing in interaction design. She loves being active and outdoors, but also enjoys time with friends and all things social.
On why she joined Solution Seeker:
“It’s an exciting company with a fast-paced environment, where you quickly get responsibility and the chance to grow. Also, working together with skilled colleagues in an inclusive and social workplace is something I value.”
We’re thrilled to have Aurora and Sander as the foundation of our design team, and we can’t wait to see how their creativity and skills will shape the future of design at Solution Seeker.

Sander Haga
Sander is part of our Design team. He holds a BSc in Informatics from NTNU, and is working on his Master Thesis in Industrial Design Engineering, specializing in Interface Design for AI-Human Communication. In his free time he enjoys running around Oslo, as well as playing strategic board games like Catan.

Aurora Skotte
Aurora is a designer with a master’s degree in Industrial Design from NTNU, specializing in interaction design. Passionate about creating intuitive and user-friendly experiences, she brings both creativity and structure to the team. Outside of work, Aurora enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, as well as being social.
